⚜ THE PAST ⚜

⚜
Our Journey Through Time

The Renaissance Town Center is poised to become a vibrant new hub for New Orleans East, revitalizing the area where Lake Forest Plaza once stood. While Lake Forest Plaza was a beloved landmark that brought together shopping, dining, and entertainment for decades, the Renaissance Town Center will take this legacy into the future, creating a dynamic, modern space for the community. This new development will feature a mix of retail, residential, and commercial spaces, including standalone stores, hotels, apartments, and condos, all designed to meet the needs of today’s residents and visitors.

The Renaissance Town Center represents a fresh start for the area, offering a welcoming environment that honors the history of Lake Forest Plaza while providing new opportunities for growth and connection. With innovative design and a focus on community, the Town Center aims to become the premier destination for living, shopping, and working in New Orleans East, contributing to the neighborhood’s resurgence and helping residents embrace the best version of their city.
